So after settling in making new friends and going to the pool we decided it was time to do a bit of exploring! We all hoped in the car and drove to the capital Cagliari. We stopped when it got to hot (no air con see!) and we had a drink at a café. We carried on driving and we began to pass some big lakes full of white flamingoes! Dad then commented that flaming joes! We arrived soon and we tried to park. It was all so full up and it took us ages to actually stop! When we did we charged over to the nearest café. It was really nice and it was shady. We all needed the loo to but me and Rhys couldn't quite get the hang of the doors and we both nearly got stuck! We ate some lush food and decided that our café was the best in the square. One thing we noticed was that the trees were all bundled up it was really funny cause all the leaves were collecting in the bottom. After we used the international sign language for can I have the bill please we went to walk around the historical center. We climbed right to the top of this hill thing and we all spotted our car. We walked around and looked at all the old houses. We went inside this strange cold empty museum but only really to use the loo and I discovered I had burnt my left shoulder! We were soon all to hot and we drove down to this ancient civilization village. It was discovered when there was a storm and like half a child's graveyard was discovered and now there is this massive city! It was very cool and I really enjoyed. We spent the rest of the holiday relaxing but it was all good. One day we walked 1 and a half miles to this restaurant. We walked all the way down the beach and on the way back we could see all the stars. Me and dad saw a shooting star and it was sooooooooooooooo cool! On are last day we walked down again with Gabe, Dasiey, Heather and Mathew and it was really nice. Overall Sardinia was awesome and I really enjoyed1
